Personalization

How many letters can I put on the patch?
Up to 12 characters for your dog's name. You can also add a phone number.

Does the name patch cost extra?
No. It is included with every Powerharness.

Can I have something other than a name?
Yes. DO NOT PET, NERVOUS, IN TRAINING and FRIENDLY are all available if you would rather the patch said one of those.

I spelled my dog's name wrong. Can you fix it?
Email support@trypawforge.com straight away. We print exactly what is entered at checkout, and personalized items go into production quickly, so the sooner you tell us the better. If it has already been made, our 90-day guarantee still covers you.

Ordering

Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, any time before it ships, for a full refund. Email us as soon as possible.

Can I change my shipping address?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering. After that the label is usually already printed.

Shipping

How much is shipping?
$4.99 standard shipping within the United States, and free on orders over $55. Outside the US, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days. After that: United States 5 to 9 business days, United Kingdom 5 to 7, Canada 7 to 9, Australia 5 to 7, Europe 4 to 12. Full detail is on our Track Your Order page.

Where do you ship from?
Our fulfillment partner in the United Arab Emirates.

Will I pay customs or import duty?
Orders delivered outside the United States may attract import duties or taxes set by your own country. These are not included at checkout and are the recipient's responsibility.

Do I get a tracking number?
Yes, on every order, emailed when your parcel leaves our fulfillment center.

Returns and warranty

What if it does not fit, or my dog hates it?
You have 90 days from delivery. Email us and we will refund you in full. You do not need to send the harness back.

How long does a refund take?
5 to 10 business days to the original payment method once approved. Your bank may take a few days longer to show it.

What does the warranty cover?
12 months from delivery against manufacturing defects: stitching that comes apart, buckles that crack, hardware that fails under normal walking use. Email us with your order number and a photo and we will replace it at no cost.

What is not covered?
Chewing damage, normal wear such as fading or fraying, loss or theft, and damage from use other than walking and restraining a dog.

The harness

How does it go on?
Over the head, then one buckle at the side. About five seconds once you have done it twice.

Is there a handle?
Yes, a padded handle across the top, for holding your dog steady at a kerb, at the vet, or when another dog comes past.

Is it visible at night?
There is a reflective band built into the harness for early mornings and evening walks.

Can I attach the leash at the chest to stop pulling?
Yes, with our Front D-Ring Attachment. Clipping at the chest turns your dog back toward you when he pulls, instead of letting him drive forward.
