Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Personalized items are printed to order, and that is included in this window. Orders placed at a weekend or on a US public holiday begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates

United States: $4.99 standard shipping. Free on orders over $55.

Outside the United States, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are counted in business days from the day your order ships, not the day you place it. Add the 1 to 2 business days of processing above to estimate total time.

United States: 5 to 9 business days
United Kingdom: 5 to 7 business days
Canada: 7 to 9 business days
Australia: 5 to 7 business days
Europe: 4 to 12 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather and peak periods can add time. If your order passes the top of its window, email support@trypawforge.com and we will trace it for you.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number. You will receive it by email as soon as your parcel leaves our fulfillment center. It can take 24 to 48 hours for the first carrier scan to appear.

Customs and Import Duties

Orders delivered outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price paid at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please check your shipping address before completing checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. If you need to correct an address, email support@trypawforge.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
