This website is operated by EcomNexa LLC, a limited liability company registered in the state of New Mexico, United States, trading as PawForge ("we", "us", "our"). Throughout the site, these terms refer to EcomNexa LLC. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional terms and policies referenced here or available by hyperlink.

If you do not agree to all the terms of this agreement, you may not access the website or use any of our services.

2. Eligibility and Use of the Site

3. Our Products

Our products are dog walking equipment intended for use with dogs. They are not safety restraints for people, not medical devices, and not intended for any use other than walking, securing and restraining a dog.

Product images are representative. Actual colors may vary with your display. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue any product at any time.

Correct fit is your responsibility. Please consult our sizing information before ordering. Inspect equipment before each use and stop using any item that shows damage or wear.

4. Orders and Personalization

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

Personalized items are produced exactly as entered at checkout. We do not correct spelling. Please check your entry before completing your order.

5. Prices, Billing and Errors

Prices are shown in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We do our best to keep product information, pricing and availability accurate, but errors occur. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, whether or not the order has been confirmed.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms, rates and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are estimates and not guarantees.

7. Returns, Refunds and Warranty

Our Refund and Warranty Policy forms part of these terms and sets out your rights to a refund and the scope of the product warranty.

8. Intellectual Property

The PawForge name, logo, site design, text, graphics and product photography are our property or used under license, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you a right to use them.

9. Third-Party Tools and Links

We may provide access to third-party tools over which we have no control. You use them at your own risk. Our site may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or policies.

10. Relationship with Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

11. Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Feedback and Submissions

If you send us comments, reviews, suggestions or other material, you agree that we may use, edit, publish and distribute them without restriction and without obligation to compensate you. We may, but have no obligation to, monitor or remove content we consider unlawful or objectionable.
