My dog Max absolutely loves his new PawForge harness! It's super comfortable and takes seconds to put on or take off. Even with his older joints, he moves so much easier now.

Slip the wide, shaped opening over his head, bring the belly strap around behind his front legs, click the big buckle. Set the chest strap once; after that it's just the head and one click.

Wide top handle stitched into the frame. Steel O-ring for the lead. Reflective band for dark walks. Hook-and-loop name patch with his name and your number.

Took a minute to figure out the chest strap adjustment, but once I did, it fit perfectly. Really happy with how well it sits on my dog.

We love this harness! Since we walk early mornings, having something this secure makes such a difference — feels so much safer than what we used before.

I'm obsessed with this harness, and I'm pretty sure my pup is too!

My German Shepherd is 70 lbs of pure muscle and until now, every walk turned into an arm workout he'd drag me the second he spotted a squirrel. Put this harness on him for our first walk and I actually enjoyed it. He still gets excited but I'm not getting yanked off my feet anymore. Huge difference.
Owner, 70 lb shepherd
Bella is a total sweetheart but she's never made getting ready for a walk easy always spinning in circles the second she saw the leash. This harness slides on in seconds now, and having her name and our number stitched right on it gives me so much peace of mind since she likes to make a break for it toward other dogs. Handle on top is clutch when we're crossing the street too.
Owner, 18 lb Cavachon
Rocky used to turn into a completely different dog the second the harness came out biting at it, backing into a corner, the whole ordeal. It used to take us a good ten minutes just to get out the door. With this one he barely notices it going on. He actually walks over now and lets me slip it over his head. I never thought I'd say that about him.
Owner, Golden RetrieverNo loops to step into. Nothing to thread. Very little for him to fight.
Set the chest strap to his size once. After that, every walk is just the head and one click.
Fit. Two fingers should slide under the chest strap. Tighter than that rubs; looser and he can back out.
The handle. Use it at curbs, car doors and when passing other dogs. It's a hold, not a lift for big dogs.
The lead. Clip to the top ring for everyday walks. If your version has a front ring, use it when he surges.
It changes where the pull goes. Instead of his neck, the force spreads across a padded chest plate, and the top handle gives you a way to hold him close when he surges. No harness trains a dog overnight, and we won't pretend this one does. What you'll notice on the first walk is more control and less strain on you both.
Measure around the widest part of his chest, just behind the front legs, and check the size guide. Fluffy dog? Press the tape through the fur. Between sizes? Go up.
We'll swap it for another size. Email us within 90 days.
The opening is wide and shaped, so it slides over quickly instead of squeezing past his ears. For most dogs it's on before they've decided to object. Once it's on, there's one click underneath and you're done.
Nothing sits on the throat, which is why owners of small breeds with tracheal or neck issues choose a harness over a collar. If your dog has a diagnosed condition, check with your vet about the right fit for him.
Yes. Sizes run from XS to XXL, with steel rings and reinforced stitching throughout.
His name, your phone number, or a message like DO NOT PET, NERVOUS, IN TRAINING or FRIENDLY. Patches attach with hook-and-loop, so you can swap them.
The plates are padded and the straps sit flat, so there's nothing digging into his neck or under his legs. Fit it with two fingers of room under the chest strap.
Wipe it down or hand-wash in warm, soapy water and let it air dry.
