90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Try PawForge on your dog for 90 days from the day your order is delivered. If it is not right for you, email support@trypawforge.com with your order number and we will refund you in full. You do not need to send the product back.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few days longer to post the credit to your account.

The guarantee covers one refunded order per household for the same product.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Every PawForge harness and accessory is covered for 12 months from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects. This includes stitching that comes apart, buckles that crack, and hardware that fails under normal walking use.

To make a claim, email support@trypawforge.com with your order number and a photograph of the fault. If we confirm a manufacturing defect we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

The warranty does not cover chewing damage, normal wear such as fading or fraying, loss or theft, or damage caused by use other than walking and restraining a dog.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item or the wrong size, email support@trypawforge.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We will send a replacement at no cost to you. You do not need to return the original item.

Personalized Items

Personalized items are printed exactly as entered at checkout. Please check the spelling of your dog's name before completing your order. Personalized items are covered by the same 90-day money-back guarantee described above.

Cancelling an Order

You may cancel an order for a full refund at any time before it ships. Personalized items enter production quickly, so please email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, the 90-day money-back guarantee above applies instead.
